For businesses using Okeybooks Payroll only — includes setup, scheduled runs, payroll tax filings, direct deposit, and year-end W-2/1099 filings.
Payroll Support (Bookkeeping Only)
Starting from $75/mo
We record and reconcile payroll entries from your provider (QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto, ADP, etc.) into your books. No tax filings included.
Final pricing depends on employee count, pay frequency, states, and benefits/deductions. You’ll receive a written quote before setup.

How It Works

The payroll process is the same for both standalone and bookkeeping clients — we simply sync your payroll directly into your books if you’re enrolled in an Okeybooks bookkeeping plan.

1) Kickoff & Access

We collect your business details, tax IDs, and banking authorization to enable payroll. If you already use bookkeeping with us, this information is already on file.

2) Configure & Onboard

We set schedules, add employees/contractors, and connect benefits if applicable.

3) Run & Review

You approve each run; we process direct deposits and handle filings and payments.

4) Sync & Year-End

We post payroll to your books and deliver W-2/1099 forms at year-end.
