Upload Documents via the OkeyBooks Client Portal
For your privacy and compliance, please use our encrypted client portal to share tax and bookkeeping files. We don’t accept sensitive documents by email.
What you can upload
- Tax documents: W-2, 1099, K-1, prior-year returns
- Bank/credit card statements (PDF/CSV)
- Bookkeeping exports (QuickBooks, Excel)
- Payroll reports and year-end forms
Accepted formats: PDF, CSV, XLS/XLSX, JPG/PNG. Max size depends on your portal plan.
Security tips
- Never email SSNs or tax PDFs—use the portal only
- Upload files unsigned if we need to witness signatures
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable 2-step verification when available
- If you upload the wrong file, notify us and we’ll remove it
